Please be advised that:

At least twenty-four (24) hours notice must be received for all time changes or cancellations.

If less than 24 hours notice is received, half a session fee (50%) will be payable.

Should it become necessary for Twilight Mind to rebook or cancel a session, you will receive 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, your replacement session will be at a 50% reduced fee (half price).

A client who is more than fifteen (15) minutes late without prior arrangement or notice, forfeits their appointment and half of their session fee then becomes payable.

Payment for services can be by cash, major credit card, or e-transfer. Twilight Mind is unable to accept cheques or debit cards at this time.

Refunds of any unused sessions in a package deal will cancel the package deal and revert sessions back to their original fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Please keep in mind that:

A hypnosis session is not guaranteed at every appointment as it may become necessary to discuss new developments that arise during your treatment.

Hypnosis sessions could run between 30 and 55 minutes.

The number of sessions that might be required is variable.

Results may not be evident until a few sessions into our work together.

For best results, you should be prepared to explore whatever the therapy, or your subconscious, directs us to explore.

A follow-up, or "tune-up," session is sometimes beneficial at a later date.

I must inform you that all of your information will be kept confidential UNLESS you should reveal anything to me that could potentially result in harm to yourself or another person, in which case I have a professional responsibility to report it to the proper authorities.
